If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to engage in mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties. Costs of arbitration shall be shared equally unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
